Patient Information and Procedures for Visiting NUA Medical Practice;

 

Throughout the COVID pandemic, we have offered face to face consultations as frequently as possible, we have done our best to balance that with the need for patient safety.

 

When you arrive for your appointment, we would be grateful if you could ring Reception on 02756789 from your car and let us know that you have arrived.

 

One of our Admin Team will let you know whether to come in or wait in your car.

 

We are currently open from 8am – 5pm for appointments, we do not operate a walk in surgery at this time, this is necessary to protect our staff members and also other patients. 

 

We run on a 15 minute per appointment basis, if you feel that your concern needs more time that this please inform us when making your appointment.

 

This way we can allocate a longer appointment to you at a quieter time.
