REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

To order a repeat prescription please fill out a form below or alternatively you can email us; drjoanlynch@gmail.com

 

Please allow 2 working days for repeat prescription requests to be generated, checked by a doctor and emailed directly to the pharmacy of your choice – you will not need to call to the practice to collect your prescription. NUA Medical Practice will only contact you about your prescription if there are any irregularities. We can only offer this service to existing patients, as we can not prescribe medication to patients who are not registered with NUA Medical Practice.

Long Term Medication: Please note that patients on long term medication need to be reviewed by a medical professional every 6 months. If you have not been seen within this timeframe, we may be able to offer you a one month prescription to allow you some time to arrange a review appointment.
